Gyp

(Click on photos to see larger)

"But, Pat..."

"...I'm sorry for digging out your new plants, and I'm sorry for getting up onto the patio table and knocking everything off, and I'm sorry for chewing up all your plastic potting pots and I'm sorry for..."

"Forgive me, Pat?

"I really AM sorry..."

Gyp is really getting into stuff and here he is after digging in some really wet earth due to my watering the garden.

Oh dear; hopefully it's just a phase he's gong through and will grow out of it as many pups do. Looking at these photos he really does look sorry and I bet you forgave him :o)

You made me smile with these shots. Perfect dialogue with your repentant pup. Makes you crazy sometimes, huh?

Oh, and I can tell he's so sincere about this apology until the next time, little rascal.

This too will pass Pat. But you know that. They seem to take forever to learn to behave, but then the joy begins.

Hang in there!

Oh, he gets more and more adorable, Pat!!! You could forgive him anything I'm sure!

He's so cute! Good thing, too.

He is a doll. And I see from your photos that he has "remorseful" down pretty good. :) He really is beautiful, Pat.

Awww. We have four miniature poodles, and the littlest one (also the oldest) cannot resist plastic. She HAS to chew on it. It's like protecting a 2 year old by scanning our home every day to make sure there's no plastic in range of a certain 6 pounder.

And I'll just bet you forgave him. With that sweet face how could you not? :)

Beautiful dog, Gyp. I think they love to dig. To feel the wet dirt is almost natural to them. That guy on television, the Dog Whisperer, says you need to give dogs a job. One is walking every day.

I think your photo of the dog is very nice.

Oh, Gyp is SO CUTE! So hard to stay mad at, I bet. That's how our dog, Reese was. It's a long story why we don't have him anymore, but you can read about it on my blog at http://members.christiansunite.com/members/blog/shutterbugmom/ It's under August in the Archives.
Enjoy your pup!

OH, how sad, you (and the older one) must both miss him so! :-(
